Raffles City, Chongqing, is the country's tallest residential building and has won a number of prestigious design and architectural awards.
Our mission was to reawaken Chongqing's history while embracing its modern future at Capitaland's Raffles City. Nestled at the confluence of the Jialing and Yangtze rivers, this development serves as a symbol of the city's rejuvenation.
We crafted a showsuite experience that captivated visitors, immersing them in a rich tapestry of culture, history, and the essence of the development.
Drawing inspiration from the architect's sailing theme, we crafted a journey that would direct the visitor effortlessly from one area to the next, as if navigating a series of contoured maritime landscapes.
Our design incorporated curved features, and a sweeping, fluid visual language that captured the essence of the confluence of the two rivers and imbuing the space with a visceral feeling.
We orchestrated a vibrant ecosystem that brought together interactive media displays, retail and residential showsuites, and a diverse range of print, audio, and video materials. Through seamless integration, we wove these elements into a captivating narrative that truly evoked the essence of the region.
